You will need
• 1 banana, sliced
• 1 kiwi, chopped
• 1 apple, chopped
• 1/4 cup raspberries
• 1/4 cup dried coconut
• 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
• 1 tablespoon hemp seeds(කංසා ඇට)
• 1/3 cup almonds, chopped
• Fresh almond milk
Combine all of them in a bowl mix almond milk and enjoy. This raw vegan, soy free and gluten free muesli will leave you feeling satiated and satisfied all morning.
